However, the truth is that about half of the time, this does not end up being the case. About half of all marriages end in divorce. Some divorces are amicable, but some can be extremely contentious, and in these cases, it would be a good idea to have someone there to mediate the proceedings, such as the best divorce attorney that you can find.

A good divorce attorney will be able to explain aspects of the divorce process that you might not understand. For example, he or she might be able to tell you about divorce changes when it comes to policies, everything that you need to do if you are making a divorce claim, all of the relevant divorce details, and all of the divorce legal services that they can offer you. It is good to be able to take advantage of the experience and expertise that one of these attorneys has to offer so that you can make sure that everything is being done fairly during this very stressful time.

Unfortunately, many marriages end in divorce. Surveys have even found that watching TV shows like “The Bachelor” can increase interest in getting divorced. And often, splitting up can have huge implications for property and wealth. So when you file an application for separation or want to put together divorce papers, you should speak with a lawyer.

Fans of ABC’s “The Bachelor” have an especially keen interest in divorce, Entertainment Weekly reported on Monday. According to an Exponential Interactive survey, “Bachelor” enthusiasts are 14.5 times more likely to show interest in divorce-related topics online. “They are also 11.4 times more interested in seeking out an attorney to get the ball rolling,” The Stir, online women’s and parenting authority, adds.

What is it about “Bachelor” fans? Why do they find divorce so compelling? The Stir suggests that obsessing over shows like “The Bachelor” may actually be (at least partially) to blame. In extreme cases, the show may even increase the likelihood of divorce. Why? Getting too wrapped up in reality stars’ or celebrities’ marriages is not healthy. “If you can remember Juan Pablo’s last date but can’t recall the last time you and your hubby went out for a night on the town, you might be in trouble,” The Stir explains.

Sensationalized TV may also prompt wives to question their marriage. The odds are already against you — with up to 60% of U.S. marriages ending in divorce. Questioning an otherwise happy marriage is likely to do more harm than anything else. The Stir hits a little bit too close to home: “You know those butterflies you get when embarking on a new romance? We all know they fade as marriage goes on. And watching the women on The Bachelor experience that passion all while you’re sitting next to a dude who isn’t afraid to fart in front of you kind of makes you long for the good old days.”

Of course some of the research suggests that the data may be incidental. According to Entertainment Weekly, internet users who tune into “The Bachelor” also jet ski, research wedding rings, and keep close tabs on the Olympics.
